SERVPRO® offers an Emergency Ready Program (ERP) which was created to help businesses and communities be better prepared for disasters. In 2022,  SERVPRO® Disaster Recovery Team - Team McCabe is proud to announce our Gold Star Emergency Ready Program which encompasses the ERP, Trainings and Certifications, and informative Safety Events.

The ERP is a free app available in your app store and our trained disaster preparedness representatives can create your personal profile for your business or community. An ERP includes photos and locations of your gas and water shut off valves, sprinkler systems, electricity and other utilities. It's also a convenient, digital platform to store your insurance information, emergency contacts and numbers plus blueprints, evacuation plans, emergency protocols, and any additional information that you would need in case of an emergency. All of your information would be in the palm of your hand, and can be shared with your employees and residents with a simple email log on. This way no matter who is home or on site at any hour, they will have all the information they need to effectively handle any disaster.

The Gold Star Emergency Ready Program is available too Businesses, Community Associations, Real Estate Agents, Landlords, Rental Facilities, Schools, Healthcare and other large facilities. Our Gold Star ERP Clients are given this same ERP Portfolio, but also include OSHA Trainings and Certifications; Red Cross for Adult, Pediatric and Infant certification; Situational Awareness; and Stop the Bleed.   For community managers we also provide CAMICB Continuing Education Credits.

In addition to training and certifications, we will host informative and fun safety events for your residents or employees with safety demonstrations and disaster readiness information. These community events prepare your residents and employees for emergencies in a casual environment where we also provide catering with delicious Fire & Spice BBQ.
